Naura Labor Union Holds Grand Annual Employee Awards Ceremony

On the morning of March 12, NAURA held its annual Labor Union Employee Awards Ceremony. The event was attended by Zheng Wei, Deputy Party Secretary, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee, and Chair of the Group’s Labor Union, along with union committee members and award recipients.

On behalf of the Party Committee and the Group’s leadership, Chair Zheng extended warm wishes and holiday greetings to all honorees. Certificates and bouquets were presented to recipients of the “March 8 Red Banner Medal”, Women’s Excellence Awards, Outstanding Union Contributors, and Active Participants in Union Events.

During the following discussion session, awardees shared their experiences and insights from their roles and offered thoughtful suggestions on advancing corporate culture and operational excellence.

In his closing remarks, Chair Zheng praised the dedication and contributions of the group and emphasized the significance of 2021, marking the 100th anniversary of the Communist Party of China, the 20th anniversary of NAURA, and a pivotal year for shaping corporate culture.
