Scope of Compliance Reporting
You may report the following conduct: violations of laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, professional ethics, or company compliance management requirements by current or former company employees, or by customers, suppliers, and other business partners associated with NAURA, that result in losses or potential risks to the company. This includes: theft or misappropriation of company assets, bribery and corruption, financial fraud or other deceptive practices, falsification of records, unauthorized disclosure of confidential corporate information or trade secrets, conflicts of interest violations, anti-competitive conduct, and other violations of criminal or administrative laws or business ethics standards.

Compliance Reporting Statement
NAURA has always prioritized and fostered an environment of integrity and compliance. Adhering to the business principle of compliance and efficiency, we require every manager and employee to conduct business in a legal and compliant manner. We maintain a zero-tolerance attitude toward any non-compliant behavior that violates applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements in China and other countries where we operate. We provide accessible and transparent compliance reporting channels for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring prompt reporting of any existing or potential misconduct, followed by thorough investigation and resolution in accordance with our established procedures.
Reports may be submitted either using your real name or anonymously. We encourage named reporting, as it enables more effective compliance investigations and ensures prioritized processing of your concerns.
We maintain strict confidentiality protocols to protect the information of all individuals who submit reports, ensuring the security of all reporting parties. All reports submitted via company email or telephone are handled exclusively by our compliance department. Please note that phone calls may be recorded, and compliance staff may follow up with additional questions or request further information. You are welcome to select any of our available reporting channels. However, to protect your personal information, we advise against sending identical or similar reports to our dedicated reporting email and other company or personal email accounts. If you prefer that your identity remain known only to compliance department staff, please indicate this preference clearly in your report. If necessary, the information you provide may also be forwarded to government departments.
The company absolutely prohibits any retaliation or threats against reporters, witnesses, or investigators. Any instances of retaliation or threats will be thoroughly investigated and addressed with appropriate action. We encourage you to report with full confidence in our protective measures.
Upon completion of the investigation, you will be notified via the email address or telephone number you provided during the reporting process. For data protection and legal compliance reasons, we are unable to provide detailed information regarding investigation findings or specific actions that may have been implemented.
Individuals submitting reports are responsible for ensuring the authenticity of the information provided. NAURA reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual who knowingly submits false information, fabricates facts, or makes malicious accusations.
