To strengthen employee mental health, enhance psychological capital, and foster well-being for a joyful work-life balance, NAURA Microelectronics’ Labor Union launched a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) in August 2021.
The union curates monthly thematic campaigns aligned with current issues, covering topics such as family relationships, emotional management, work stress, and romantic challenges. These have been featured in four issues on the company intranet and the Semihome public account, collectively garnering over 5,000 views. Quarterly, NAURA Microelectronics invites renowned psychologists for onsite consultations; this quarter’s sessions are already oversubscribed with over 40 sign-ups in just one day.
Beyond counseling, the union organized an interactive “Parent-Child Communication Skills” workshop attended by 60 employees. The session combined theoretical insights with hands-on activities to deepen understanding of child psychology and improve communication.
Expert facilitators addressed common concerns, creating a warm, engaging atmosphere that not only enriched psychological knowledge but also strengthened employees’ sense of belonging and unity.
