From August 25 to September 1, 2022, NAURA held its fifth “Pass Love, Save Lives” blood donation campaign. The event was hosted across two companies and received an enthusiastic response. A total of 425 employees signed up, with 258 successfully passing health screenings and donating blood, amounting to 56,100 milliliters in total.
The initiative was launched by the Party-Mass Affairs Department and co-organized by the HR teams and Labor Unions of NAURA Microelectronics and other business groups, with medical support provided by the Tongzhou and Pinggu blood banks.
To ensure effective COVID-19 precautions, volunteers were asked to complete health forms in advance, distributed by staff who collected them from the local blood bank. Donations were scheduled in staggered time slots to minimize crowding and maintain safe distancing. The event site was organized into multiple zones, including registration, waiting, health screening, donation, recovery, and supply pick-up, with staff managing the flow and ensuring everything ran smoothly.
To support participants’ well-being, volunteers were provided with refreshments like glucose drinks and chocolate, and contingency plans were in place to address any emergencies.
Upon completing their donation, each participant received an official blood donation certificate from the blood bank. NAURA’s union also prepared nutritional gifts for all registered volunteers and carefully explained post-donation care. Many volunteers shared that they had participated in NAURA’s blood drives multiple times and would continue to support such meaningful efforts, encouraging others to join and help carry this spirit forward.
With every act of giving, we share hope. Together, our strength flows in every drop!
