The launch meeting for NAURA Group’s Corporate Culture Upgrade Initiative was grandly held on June 20 at the multifunctional hall of Phase III, N1 Base in Yizhuang. Over 200 attendees joined, including members of the Group’s Executive Committee, key leaders from various business units, and outstanding employee representatives.

The meeting clarified the significance and goals of the corporate culture upgrade, emphasizing that, in this landmark 20th anniversary year, culture enhancement stands as a core priority for the Group. Through an overview of the overall project plan and specialized culture training sessions, the methods and steps for the next phase of culture work were clearly outlined.

Zhao Jinrong, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Group, delivered an important speech, highlighting that during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, NAURA achieved substantial growth in both total revenue and net profit attributable to the parent company. The first quarter of 2021 also marked a strong start with impressive revenue gains. He noted that both industry development and internal management improvements progressed steadily in the first half of the year. Considering expectations for the second half, the company’s fundamentals demonstrate a rapid upward trajectory.

Zhao further stressed that to realize the ambitious vision of reaching one hundred billion in revenue, it is essential not only to address current management challenges but also to strengthen the guiding role of corporate culture. Building on the company’s rich cultural heritage accumulated over decades, and adhering to principles of leadership accountability, business integration, and full participation, this culture upgrade aims to craft a forward-looking, distinctive NAURA culture system. This will spark a comprehensive mindset renewal. The ultimate goal is to firmly establish NAURA’s brand as “respected and trusted”, underpinning sustainable growth, achieving a transformative leap, and shaping NAURA into a “century-old brand.” This milestone marks a coming-of-age intellectual ceremony for NAURA as it enters its 20th year.

In the afternoon, participants engaged in group discussions around three key questions, “What management issues currently hinder the Group’s development and urgently need improvement?”  “What successful experiences from the past twenty years are worth preserving?” “To secure NAURA’s strategic goals, which cultural elements should be enhanced or added?” These discussions provided deep insights into management improvement, experience inheritance, and cultural leadership, laying a solid foundation for the smooth advancement of the culture upgrade project.

The roc will one day rise up with the wind, soaring ninety thousands miles up straight. NAURA is set to ride the momentum of China’s integrated circuit and component industries’ domestic substitution and self-reliance, earning the dignity and honor that Chinese manufacturing deserves on its new journey of national industrial revitalization.
