On March 5, NAURA Group’s Youth League Committee led a series of activities themed “Carry Forward the Lei Feng Spirit and Demonstrate Youthful Vitality in Building the Semiconductor & Display Industry Ecosystem”, inspiring young members to embrace the spirit of Lei Feng and take on their responsibilities with youthful zeal.

The campaign spanned the Yizhuang, Pinggu, and Jiuxianqiao sites, featuring volunteer efforts in waste sorting and litter collection, organized bike parking outside the factories, and a “Clean Plate” initiative in the cafeterias. A total of 249 young volunteers actively participated, cleaning up their work areas, educating peers on waste classification, and improving the environment to beautify the sites. Their efforts not only promoted environmental awareness but also embodied the Lei Feng spirit, demonstrating NAURA youth’s strong sense of social responsibility and exemplary spirit.

Taking this Lei Feng Day initiative as a springboard, NAURA’s Youth League continues to leverage youth-driven brands such as the “Youth Commando Team” and “Youth Innovation Workstations” inspire young members to translate their ideals and convictions into tangible achievements: excelling in their roles, dedicating themselves to service, supporting communities, and giving back to society. Through these concrete actions, the Lei Feng spirit shines ever brighter along NAURA’s path of high-quality development.
