2022 NAURA DAY Naura Corporate Culture Awards Ceremony Concludes with Great Success

On September 26, 2021, NAURA introduced its newly upgraded corporate culture system. One year on, this vision has taken root across the organization, inspiring a new wave of cultural ambassadors. To honor those who exemplify the spirit of “empowering value creators to achieve greater value”, NAURA held its Corporate Culture Recognition Ceremony on September 26, 2022, at the Yizhuang site. The event was shared with all employees through a combination of a main venue, remote livestreams, and real-time text coverage.

At the ceremony, NAURA leadership presented trophies and certificates to outstanding cultural instructors, exemplary individuals, and high-performing teams. Following the awards, President Tao Haihong delivered a closing address, extending heartfelt congratulations to the winners. He emphasized that corporate culture should not remain abstract—it must be embedded in action. He encouraged all employees to begin with a shift in mindset and bring NAURA’s values into their daily work.
