"Pass Love, Save Lives"—Naura Voluntary Blood Donation Campaign Concludes Successfully

May 3, 2021

In late April 2021, NAURA launched a blood donation drive under the theme “Pass Love, Save Lives”, drawing enthusiastic participation from employees across all business groups and units. A total of 249 employees signed up, and 159 successfully passed the medical screening, collectively donating 33,200 milliliters of blood.  Each donor received an official certificate from the local blood bank, while the NAURA Labor Union prepared nutritional supplements and commemorative gifts in appreciation of their generosity.

The two-day event took place on April 23 and 29 at NAURA’s Yizhuang and Pinggu sites. It was supported by the Social Affairs Bureau of the Economic-Technological Development Area, Tongzhou Blood Center, and Pinggu Blood Center. Ahead of the event, NAURA’s Party Committee promoted blood donation awareness across the company. Union teams at all levels managed on-site logistics, ensured volunteers were well-nourished, and established emergency protocols to safeguard health and safety. To comply with COVID-19 prevention measures and minimize gathering, pre-filled information forms were distributed to volunteers in advance. On-site, employees followed the full process—from registration to screening and donation—with care and cooperation, embodying NAURA’s spirit of responsibility and service.

There is no greater gift than life, and no deeper love than the kind shared through blood.  This marks the second consecutive year that NAURA has held a company-wide blood donation campaign, a meaningful expression of its commitment to corporate social responsibility. Blood donation is now a key part of NAURA’s public welfare initiatives. The company will continue to host regular drives, fostering a culture of compassion, civic duty, and selfless giving among all employees.
