Naura Unveils Corporate Culture Revamp at Yizhuang Base

Tao Haihong, President of the Group and head of the corporate culture upgrade project team, outlined the new cultural framework in three layers: core beliefs, guiding principles, and operational values. He offered a vivid explanation of the mission, vision, and core values; the business policy and corporate spirit; and eight key areas of execution—governance, risk management, safety and environmental protection, quality, service, innovation, talent, and brand—clarifying what each one truly means for the company.

At the event, Zhao Jinrong, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Group, delivered a keynote speech. He affirmed that the upgraded cultural system aligns well with NAURA’s current stage of development, and stressed how vital corporate culture is to long-term success. He laid out three key expectations for putting the culture into practice: make it part of people’s thinking and actions, lead by example at all levels, and embed it deeply into daily operations. He emphasized that this launch is just the beginning, in turning these ideas into real, measurable behaviors and ensuring the new culture becomes a powerful engine for supporting the Group’s ambitious journey from a ten-billion goal to a hundred-billion dream.
