To meet the growing demands of NAURA Microelectronics' rapidly expanding business, foster innovative thinking, strengthen product delivery, streamline management processes, and inspire employees within a culture of innovation, the Party-Mass Work Department launched the “Synergy Cup” Innovation Paper Competition under the theme: “Management-Driven, Process-Enabled, Technology-Led, and Value-Oriented”.
This year’s competition adopted a fresh approach, emphasizing papers focused on management optimization. Cross-department and cross-business unit collaborations were encouraged to break down silos. A new screening process for project feasibility was introduced to ensure practical outcomes and follow-through.
Since its launch on September 30, the competition has received an overwhelming response from employees across the company. Party branch secretaries actively promoted and organized participation throughout all departments and business units. A total of 192 papers were submitted—72 focused on technological innovation, 68 on management optimization, and 52 on delivery assurance—covering every department and business unit. With 1,062 participants, this year’s competition set a record in both engagement and scale.

On November 10, after an initial review, the preliminary round took place successfully. Competitions in the three categories (technological innovation, management optimization, and delivery assurance) were held simultaneously. Each venue invited general managers or directors from relevant departments to serve as preliminary judges, further elevating the professionalism of the event.
Each team will now refine their work in greater depth, setting the stage for a truly exciting final round. Stay tuned!
