"Knowledge Empowerment in Action": Naura’s 2021 Public Library Donation Initiative Concludes Successfully

Dec 2, 2021

“Every child deserves the right to read. Every thirst for knowledge is worth protecting.” In support of China’s targeted poverty alleviation strategy and the national reading initiative, NAURA proudly launched the sixth season of its Public Library donation campaign.

Over the past six years, the NAURA Public Library has brought the light of knowledge to 17 primary and secondary schools across remote areas in Xizang, Sichuan, Hubei, Shaanxi, and Hebei, helping more than 12,000 children fulfill their dream of owning books they love. This year, after thorough research and planning, the campaign extended its reach to two schools in Inner Mongolia, Yuejin Horse Farm Primary School and Dabagou Middle School in Keyouqian Banner, benefiting 586 students.

Though this year’s fundraising period was the longest to date, enthusiasm remained strong.  Every donation, scan, and name on the ledger reflected the deep care NAURA employees bring to their philanthropic efforts.

The initiative delivered a wide range of engaging books, both academic and extracurricular, along with essential library infrastructure, offering a warm light of hope to children facing the cold of winter.

Each small stream of kindness gathers into a powerful current of love. Each donated book carries the heart of a giver. NAURA remains committed to expanding access to reading in underserved regions, continuing to empower children through the transformative power of knowledge.
